Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qanta website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the integrity of the Site.

Professional services

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, contract, or professional advice. Any cybersecurity, GRC, or advisory engagement with Qanta is governed exclusively by a separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). The information presented here describes our capabilities generally and should not be relied upon as a commitment regarding any specific engagement.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qanta and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not affect rights and remedies agreed to under a separate written services agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qanta and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Qanta is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
